Chicken Breast or Gator Tail in 2 inch chunks
Grill, broil, or bake…
Marinate meat pieces with Creole Anything Sauce (or your favorite flavor) overnight or at least 2 hrs Wrap each piece in 1/2 slice of BACON! (We used Hickory Smoked) Skewer through bacon so pierces both sides. Cook Low & Slow until until meat is done but Don’t Overcook to keep tender. Serve over rice.
